WHO: ANYONE who wants a little company as they get a coached workout. This is FREE and open to the public. Feel free to share with your friends.
–> This can be your Workout of the Day… OR
–> If you have other workouts on your training schedule, this can be used as a BONUS WORKOUT session to help boost your cycling endurance & power… OR
–> Do your planned trainer ride and simply enjoy the company :)
These rides will be geared toward triathletes and cyclist … in other words, not what you would expect in a typical “spin class.”
This is FREE and OPEN to EVERYONE regardless if you’re in our tri club (RTA Triathlon), riding a “smart” trainer, “dumb” trainer, Peloton or other stationary bike.
We will offer suggestions to suit your technology or lack there of as we work our way through the workout:
– Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
– % of FTP
… & we’ll include cadence targets as well
Following the workout,
join us for a virtual celebratory beverage of your choice :)
