New to triathlon? Let our professional coaches help guide you to the finish line. Our adult beginner tri program will prepare even the most beginner athlete for your first (sprint) triathlon.

Along the way you will get in shape, meet new friends, learn the ins and outs of triathlon and be confident in your ability come race day. Most of all, you will have FUN!

 

Wycoff-Franklin Lakes Triathlon – starts March 26th, 2018

 

Pequannock Triathlon – starts May 21th, 2018

 


Beginner Tri Program Includes:

  • 12 week detailed training plan, loaded into Training Peaks.
  • Personal online platform allows for workout logging, tracking, analyzation and daily workout reminders. The TP mobile app is also included.
  • Closed Facebook group to connect with other program participants and ask questions
  • RTA Water bottle & swim cap (while supplies last)
  • Various clinics (ALL INCLUDED)
    • Open water swim clinic (pick a date: more info HERE)
    • Run form clinic (TBD for 2018 – Last year: 6/1/17; 6:30 – 7:30pm)
    • Transition clinic (TBD for 2018 – Last year: 6/1/17; 7:30 – 8:30pm)
    • Bike skills & fix-a-flat instruction (TBD for 2018 – Last year: 6/8/17; 6:30 – 8:30pm)

*DISCOUNTED – Program participants will have the option to purchase a package of 3 – 1 on 1 sessions at a discounted rate of $265 during registration. * Sessions must be used within the 12 week program and are good for 1 swim, 1 bike & 1 run session.

Early bird rate: $299 RTA club member / $325 non member

Regular rate: $325 RTA club member / $350 non member

Late registration (space permitting): $350 RTA club member / $375 non member
