Fitness is important, but technique is key to maximize the fitness you have. It also helps to reduce the risk of injury. Our 60 minute 1 on 1 sessions are the perfect time to address technique OR push you through an intensive workout you wouldn’t normally do on your own. 1 on 1 sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
