Get your Saturday started with a high energy indoor endurance ride. We’ll blast the music and take you through a fun and challenging workout.
Note: This is a 3 hour ride, BUT you do NOT have to ride for the entire time if you don’t want to. Come as little or as long as you would like. No judging!
Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean you can’t get an awesome bike workout inside. Each session will be a fun and challenging. Workouts are built for athletes of all abilities. AND… no one will get dropped! ;) Come sweat it out with the group and build aerobic fitness to set yourself up for your best season yet.
Things to bring:
– Trainer & block
– Sweat towels (for floor & face)
– Water / Gels / Nutrition
