…due to unforeseen circumstances…

Power meters and “smart trainers” are becoming more and more popular and affordable each year. And while it’s fun to see how much power you’re pushing while riding, a power meter is a very expensive toy if that’s all you’re using it for.
Training and racing with power can be a HUGE ADVANTAGE… if you know how to use it. Proper use of power meters are especially beneficial for triathletes, Gran Fondo riders or anyone preparing for a long course event.
We’ll review “the basics” and then dive a little deeper to explain how you can fully maximize riding with power.
This lecture will apply to ANY triathlete or cyclist who wants to understand how and why using a power meter can help. Beginner or Experienced. Short course or Long Course events. (Triathlete or cyclist)
Please join us for this FREE Lecture. Professional coaches Chris and Elizabeth Kaplanis from Ridgewood Tri Athlete (RTA) will be on site to answer all of your questions.
Between the two of them, they have successfully completed 15 IRONMAN triathlons and 5 World Championships. Coaching full time, they have assisted hundreds of local athletes to get fitter and faster in all distances.
Bring a friend and enjoy an informative evening.
